Bryan Dorman
Executive ChairmanBryan has considerable experience both working in and growing enterprises across a broad range of industry sectors, including aged care, manufacturing, property development and investment and business services.
Bryan worked in and was a Partner of Melbourne accounting firm, Rees Partners, from 1977 until 2000. From its commencement in the early 1990s and until 2014 Bryan was the Chairman of Regis (Executive Chairman until 2008). As Chairman, he oversaw the management and growth of the company. Bryan was also the National President of the former aged care industry body, The Aged Care Association of Australia, from 2004 to 2012, during which time he was actively involved in the development of the industry and shaping its future.
Bryan now acts as an advisor to Dorman Capital while pursuing his passions for golf, sailing and horses
Nicholas Dorman
Managing DirectorNick’s substantial experience in operational business and investment has been shaped by an international career. During the past 10 years he has had direct involvement over large merger, buy-out and IPO transactions in the health sector as well as over 15 direct investments in the property, listed security and private equity sectors.
Nick relocated to San Francisco in late 2014 to work with the Shilling-Tang family at their Union Square Investment Company, a highly sophisticated and diversified investment portfolio and multi-family office service model.
Nick’s primary focus today is the operations and investments of Dorman Capital, the private investment office of the Dorman family, and the Dorman Family Foundation. Prior to joining Dorman Capital, Nick competed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University in Melbourne and has continued to develop his education via multiple programs at the Wharton Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew Dorman
DirectorAndrew started his career studying and working overseas. After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) from Regents University in London, he then gained experience working as an Investment Officer and Analyst for R.W Baird and Rextrek Group.
Upon returning home to Melbourne, Andrew has since worked at the Salerno group and now in the capital markets team at Melbourne based firm Lion Advisory.
Andrew’s primary responsibilities include sitting on the Dorman Capital Investment Committee and providing analytical support on opportunities.

Judy Raymond
Office ManagerJudy has been working with the Dorman Family since 2003
After 2 years as a bookkeeper, Judy’s role now involves being Personal Assistant to the Dorman Family and Office Manager.
Vicky Liu
Finance TeamVicky is a Chartered Accountant (CA), and holds Bachelor of Banking & Finance and Master of Accounting degrees.
Prior to joining the Dorman Capital team in February 2018, Vicky worked alongside property developers on large scale projects, Australian subsidiaries of foreign enterprises as well as major players in the manufacturing, retail and technology industries.
In her spare time, Vicky actively trains and competes as an amateur fencer. She also has a passion for food and culinary skills.
Lewis Duncan
Investment AnalystLewis joined Dorman Capital as an Investment Analyst in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Business (Economics &Finance). Lewis works closely with the investment team to assist with analytical support and sits on the Investment Committee.
In addition to his investment roles, Lewis coordinates the Dorman Family’s philanthropic endeavors.
Outside of work, Lewis is a keen sailor and a passionate St. Kilda supporter. He has recently returned to study and is currently a CFA Institute Level 1 candidate.
Novie Kristian
Finance TeamWith over 20 years experience, Novie has worked in retail, advertising, leasing, consultancy and has been working with at Dorman Capital since February 2018. Novie Graduated with a Degree in Business Management followed by an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Outside of work, Novie is a keen investor and is a certified real estate agent representative.
Novie is highly motivated and continues to add value to the Dorman Capital finance team.
